LOCATION: We are nestled in the heart of the Platte River Valley in East Central Nebraska between Grand Island and Columbus.

FISHING: Overland Lakes are home to a variety of native Nebraska fish including bass, crappie, catfish, bluegill, and walleye. Each lake association has in place a fish committee, and the adjacent Platte River is a popular spot for fisherman!

MANAGEMENT: As a lot owner, you become a vital member of the Lake Association. You participate in the management body that oversees the recreational activities and enhancing the scenic beauty of the lake and surrounding area.

SECURITY: Our lakes are private resorts for the exclusive use by owners and their guests. Secured by a locked entrance, the only access is by possessing a security key or properly coded transmitter for automatic entry.
