Fishing
Mariposa Lake is home to a variety of fish including bass, crappie, bluegill, wiper and walleye. The lake association has a fish committee whose purpose is to maintain and increase the fish population and habitat, and to monitor water quality. This 29 foot deep lake has an abundance of fish for the beginning fisherman or for the master angler's enjoyment! Most recently stocked were 400 6-8 inch walleye and wiper (Fall 2019).
Lake Association
As a lot owner, you become a member of the lake association which oversees the lake, common areas, and recreational activities. Annual dues are used for maintaining the common areas and roads, insurance, and taxes. Annual dues will start at $500 per year.
Security
Mariposa lake resort is a private property intended for the exclusive use of owners and their guests. This gated community is accessed by key or security code for automatic entry.
Telecommunications
Resort lots will be able to access underground power and available telecommunication services. These will include internet, telephone, and cable or satellite television options.
